What You'll Do11
- 1Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and loads them into the dish washing machine
- 2Washes pots pans and trays by hand or machine
- 3Completes assigned prep work
- 4Removes trash and garbage to the dumpster area
- 5Cleans work area tables walls refrigerator equipment cooking equipment and floors
- 6Assembles maintains and breaks down dish machine
- 7Must be a highly organized individual capable of handling numerous tasks simultaneously
- 8Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- 9Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 10Maintains a sense of urgency for task completion
- 11Ensures all kitchen areas remain sanitary and orderly
Requirements9
- 1Minimum one year experience in a contemporary dining restaurant
- 2At least 18 years of age
- 3Physical ability to stand or walk eight hour shifts and work inside assigned bar area
- 4Capability to twist tow push or pull reach bend climb and carry objects as needed
- 5Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds
- 6Flexibility to work inside and outside year-round based on business volumes
- 7Valid ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC
- 8Education and experience in high-end service-focused environments
- 9Responsibility to maintain current status of all required certificates licenses and registrations
