What You'll Do9
- 1Scrape and rinse food off dirty dishes, loading them into the dishwashing machine.
- 2Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine with chemical sanitizers.
- 3Polish silverware using the burnishing machine and buffing wheel.
- 4Maintain chemical levels and temperatures in the dish area.
- 5Sweep and mop kitchen floors to keep them safe and clean.
- 6Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
- 7Remove trash and empty garbage cans, steam cleaning them as needed.
- 8Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- 9Help load and unload supplies and product deliveries.
Requirements7
- 1Previous dishwashing experience required
- 2Ability to stand for 4-8 hours per shift
- 3Comfortable working with hot water and cleaning chemicals
- 4Available Monday-Friday 4:30pm-8:00pm and weekends
- 5Reliable transportation to 8700 NW River Park Dr, Parkville, MO
- 6Willing to follow safety procedures and sanitation standards
- 7Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy equipment
