Overview
You will own sanitization and cleanliness for the kitchen and dining areas at Aventura Senior Living, a Spectrum Retirement community in Overland Park, Kansas City. This part-time role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. You will work with the culinary team to maintain a safe and orderly environment. What You'll Do6
- 1Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room reset.
- 2Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen per cleaning schedules.
- 3Clean the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
- 4Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other kitchen areas.
- 5Perform general cleaning duties to support the kitchen and dining team.
- 6Maintain sanitization standards, ensuring health and safety compliance.
Requirements5
- 1Must be a self starter.
- 2Must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
- 3Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move frequently during working hours.
- 4Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 40 lbs.
- 5Must be available part-time, with days and hours varying, including weekends and holidays.
