Dishwasher, Full Service Restaurant
Overview
You will own the dish pit at Logan's Roadhouse, washing pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand while keeping service ware clean and sanitized for a bustling restaurant. You will work on a team of back-of-house staff, coordinating with line cooks and servers to keep up with the pace of service. This role offers flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities at a company with over 100 locations.
What You'll Do5
- 1Wash pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand using company-approved washing techniques.
- 2Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with restaurant pace.
- 3Keep the dish area, equipment, and chemicals organized and clean throughout the shift.
- 4Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed.
- 5Inspect and verify the dish machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct daily.
Requirements5
- 118+ years of age (unless local/state regulations apply).
- 2Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
- 3Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- 4Willingness to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
