Overview
Own Entrata's global procurement strategy, transforming a transactional function into a strategic partner across Engineering, Product, IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You'll lead a team of 2,200+ employees and manage enterprise spend across software, SaaS, cloud, and services. Drive measurable impact with SaaS and cloud sourcing, AI-powered tools, and executive-level influence. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute a multi-year global procurement roadmap, aligning sourcing and supplier management with Entrata's growth strategy.
- 2Lead the transformation from transactional purchasing to a data-driven operating model, implementing Coupa or similar Procurement technology.
- 3Own enterprise-wide sourcing across SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and professional services, negotiating contracts that cut costs by 15% in year one.
- 4Direct complex commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers, balancing cost, innovation, and risk in every deal.
- 5Establish governance frameworks and policies that ensure compliance while enabling teams to move quickly.
- 6Drive adoption of AI-powered procurement analytics to deliver real-time spend visibility and forecast savings.
- 7Mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- 8Collaborate with Finance and Legal to integrate procurement into annual planning and budgeting cycles.
- 9Design and report on KPIs like savings, cycle time, and supplier performance to the executive team.
- 10Champion process simplification, removing friction for internal stakeholders while maintaining controls.
Requirements10
- 17+ years leading global procurement in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- 2Proven track record transforming procurement through AI-powered tools and automation.
- 3Deep expertise in strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle management for cloud and software.
- 4Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing enterprise deals worth $10M+.
- 5Experience building and mentoring high-performing procurement teams.
- 6Exceptional analytical ability, translating data into executive-level recommendations.
- 7Familiarity with Procurement systems like Coupa, Ariba, or Zip.
- 8Excellent communication and change management skills, influencing cross-functional leaders.
- 9Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10Ability to use GenAI tools to accelerate deliverables while auditing outputs for accuracy and bias.
