Procurement Category Manager Gartner
Overview
Strategic sourcing leader driving category plans and negotiations for Global Real Estate and Global Tax consulting services. Partner with senior leaders to develop sustainable partnerships and advise on innovative sourcing strategies. Manage cross-functional teams and maintain ethical compliance throughout contract processes.

- 6Collaborate with legal finance and security teams on contracts
- 7Facilitate supplier selection and route contracts for approval
- 8Guide stakeholders on preferred suppliers and supplier management strategy
- 9Organize data sets for meaningful performance metric analysis
- 10Present findings to influence decision makers at all levels
- 11Coordinate routine planning sessions for addressable spend
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years relevant sourcing experience
- 2Master’s Degree preferred
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sourcing solutions
- 4Experience with AI and data analytics tools
- 5Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- 6Strong analytical and communication skills
- 7Multilingual abilities are a plus
- 8Demonstrated leadership and negotiation experience
