What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare job sites and equipment prior to drilling and excavating operations.
- 2Operate Ditch Witch and other directional drills to bore and trench for underground utilities.
- 3Install underground utilities, including conduit and pipe, with precision and safety.
- 4Locate existing utilities using Radiodetection locating systems and mark them accurately.
- 5Assess job sites, complete documentation, and maintain accurate records.
- 6Travel to various job sites and execute tasks with professionalism and high quality.
- 7Maintain all equipment, including cleaning, oiling, and greasing, to keep them running well.
- 8Work closely with crew members to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements7
- 11-3 years of directional drill and excavation experience.
- 2Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
- 3Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- 4Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- 5Physical stamina: lifting heavy objects, digging, standing for long periods.
- 6Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- 7Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery preferred.
Salary Insight
