- 7Maintain patient, respectful interactions during afternoons, evenings, and weekends

- 9Monitor for safety and escalate concerns as needed
- 10Collaborate with team to ensure consistent care across shifts
Requirements10
- 1Genuine motivation to support individuals with developmental disabilities
- 2Advocacy mindset that supports empowerment and self-esteem
- 3Familiarity with developmental disabilities
- 4CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 5Article 9 training (or willingness to obtain)
- 6Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- 7Introduction to Developmental Disabilities certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 8Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 9Availability for after school hours including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- 10Strong communication and documentation skills
