What You'll Do8
- 1Follow the Individual Support Plan to guide consumers through park visits and sensory gardens, promoting social and communication skills.

- 3Teach daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry, fostering pride in individuals.
- 4Encourage and mentor individuals to achieve personal goals through coaching and positive reinforcement.
- 5Document progress and observations in accordance with Merakey's policies.
- 6Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- 7Adapt activities to each individual's needs and preferences.
- 8Drive consumers to community activities using a valid driver's license.

- 2Valid driver's license.
- 3High school diploma or GED preferred.
