- 4Identify volunteer and recreational opportunities
- 5Encourage independence and community inclusion
- 6Provide transportation using personal vehicle
- 7Maintain accurate daily visit notes in CareSmartz360
- 8Submit all required ODP training documentation
- 9Communicate with participants and administrative teams
- 10Recognize and respond to incidents
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum 21 years old
- 3One year professional caregiving experience
- 4Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
- 5Current professional liability insurance
- 6Ability to work independently without supervision
- 7Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
