- 1Build relationships with clients to follow Individual Support Plans
- 2Design and implement daily routines supporting hygiene and personal care

- 4Assist with daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry
- 5Schedule visits across varied settings including parks and sensory gardens
- 6Drive engagement through therapeutic activities and positive reinforcement
- 7Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- 8Document progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- 9Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements7
- 1At least 5 years of caregiving experience
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3High School diploma or GED
- 4Preference for experience in home health or school settings
- 5Desire to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- 6Age minimum 18 years
- 7Ability to pass background checks
