What You'll Do6
- 1Own the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle for enterprise software solutions, from initial RFI to final submission.
- 2Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
- 3Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates to increase win rates.
- 4Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant proposal submissions.
- 5Analyze competitive landscape and customer requirements to tailor proposals for strategic advantage.
- 6Lead post-submission debriefs to capture lessons learned and refine future proposal strategies.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in digital transformation consulting, enterprise software sales engineering, or proposal management.
- 2Proven track record of managing large, complex proposals in the enterprise software or information management sector.
- 3Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
- 5Ability to work onsite in Phoenix with partial remote flexibility.
- 6US permanent residency or citizenship required.
