Digital Program Manager, Oracle ERP & Global Manufacturing

Lead enterprise digital transformation programs at a global manufacturing company with a focus on Oracle ERP initiatives and cross functional delivery. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and own large scale digital transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
- 2Lead Oracle ERP projects including Fusion enhancements, integrations, and migrations across global sites
- 3Develop and maintain roadmaps, plans, resource forecasts, and portfolio priorities to sustain momentum
- 4Partner with business leaders, product owners, and tech teams to align initiatives with long term goals
- 5Drive program governance including financial planning, risk management, executive reporting
- 6Lead systems integration across enterprise applications and third party solutions
- 7Facilitate Agile delivery practices with release planning, PI planning, and portfolio prioritization
- 8Monitor progress, raise risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- 9Coordinate internal and external resources, vendors, and implementation partners to meet objectives
- 10Coach teams on Agile methodologies, portfolio management, and performance metrics
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 210+ years of program management experience leading large scale digital or technology initiatives
- 37+ years of experience leading Agile or Scaled Agile programs and cross functional teams
- 4Experience managing Oracle ERP projects including implementation, upgrades, integrations, or transformations
- 5Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP preferred; strong Oracle ERP background considered
- 6Experience in a global manufacturing environment and strong systems integration experience
- 7Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps across multiple business functions
- 8Experience managing program budgets, resource planning, and portfolio performance metrics
- 9Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- 10Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and influence at all organizational levels
Salary Insight
$125 - $175k per year
