What You'll Do7
- 1Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations from planning to go-live, owning the project plan, timeline, and budget for multiple government clients.
- 2Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to align requirements and resolve escalations, acting as the single point of accountability.
- 3Drive risk management and mitigation strategies for $10M+ projects, ensuring milestones are met without scope creep.
- 4Manage resource allocation and vendor contracts, negotiating terms and monitoring performance against SLAs.
- 5Provide regular status reports to executive stakeholders, translating technical progress into business impact.
- 6Facilitate workshops and design sessions to capture business needs and translate them into Fusion configuration.
- 7Own change management and user adoption, ensuring government stakeholders are trained and prepared for new processes.
Requirements6
- 110+ years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager for government and public sector clients (mandatory).
- 2PMP certification required.
- 35+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 4Proven experience as the solo project manager on large-scale ERP projects.
- 5Strong influencing and negotiation skills with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- 6Experience with public sector regulatory and compliance requirements.
