Finance Technology Manager, Oracle Fusion & ERP for LBS Function
Overview
Own and scale the Finance technology function supporting Oracle Finance applications at a regional level. Lead a hands-on team in production support, system enhancements, upgrades, and testing. Partner with Finance, IT, Data, and external vendors to deliver reliable operations and strategic automation. This role blends leadership with deep Oracle expertise to drive Oracle Fusion Finance optimization and transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and develop a Finance Technology application support team.
- 2Provide hands-on support for Oracle Finance applications and resolve complex issues.
- 3Oversee production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and escalations.
- 4Support Oracle Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Cost Accounting.
- 5Manage system enhancements, upgrades, testing, releases, and projects.
- 6Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Integration, and other business teams.
- 7Manage third-party vendors and managed service providers.
- 8Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimization.
- 9Support Finance transformation initiatives and Oracle Fusion optimization.
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 28+ years of experience in Finance applications, ERP systems, Oracle applications, or related application support.
- 3Hands-on Oracle Finance experience required.
- 4Oracle Fusion Finance experience strongly preferred.
- 5Strong Oracle EBS Financials experience may also be considered.
- 6Experience with Oracle financial modules, particularly: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management.
- 7Previous experience managing Finance Technology or application support teams.
- 8Strong production support experience, including troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- 9Experience with system enhancements, implementations, testing, and releases.
- 10Experience working with third-party vendors or managed service providers.
- 11Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 12Ability to work as a hands-on manager and personally handle complex technical issues when needed.
Salary Insight
$90 - $124k per year
