Overview
Design and deliver high quality HR solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Lead cross functional teams to drive strategic HR initiatives. Own end-to-end lifecycle of HR applications across development test staging and production environments. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

- 4Configure security roles data roles and user provisioning
- 5Support HDL HSDL Spreadsheet Loader REST APIs HCM Extracts BI Publisher OTBI Fast Formulas
- 6Develop reports dashboards and integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud
- 7Troubleshoot production issues and provide Tier 2/3 support
- 8Work with business users on enhancements testing documentation and training
Requirements7
- 15+ years building Oracle Fusion HCM applications with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Human Resources Business or related field
- 3Preferred experience Government Public Sector integration with Oracle Fusion ERP
- 4ITIL and Agile methodology knowledge
- 5Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Professional certification
- 6Oracle Payroll Cloud Certification
- 7Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certification
