Overview
The Development Engineer leads development of aerospace and defense mechanical products as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities span conceptual design through full-scale system development. This role focuses on advanced technology demonstration supporting military and aerospace programs.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build mechanical prototypes using SolidWorks and GD&T principles
- 2Conduct system testing and validate product performance against specifications
- 3Support test planning with detailed procedures and data analysis

Requirements9
- 1B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from accredited institution
- 20-3 years aerospace or defense experience with proven technical ability
- 3Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and data acquisition systems
- 4Familiarity with SolidWorks and GD&T concepts
- 5Basic knowledge of military and commercial specifications
- 6Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance
- 7U.S. citizenship or eligibility for security clearance
- 8Passion for aerospace innovation and hands-on problem solving
- 9Commitment to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
Salary Insight
