Desktop Support Analyst, IT & End User Support
Overview
Own end user support and PC lifecycle for a regional user base in a contract to hire role based in San Francisco onsite. Lead ticket response and knowledge base updates while coordinating with vendors and regional teams. This role blends help desk duties with hardware/software provisioning and small project work. What makes this role different is the focus on mass deployment support and regional collaboration across IT Coordinators.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain end user support processes to meet SLAs in a regional queue
- 2Design and deploy PC setups for new hires using standard images hardware and software
- 3Lead AD user and computer management tasks and assist with equipment upgrades
- 4Ship and troubleshoot hardware software issues coordinating with vendors for repairs
- 5Own post deployment software support and local server software upgrades
- 6Scale participation in regional calls assist other IT Coordinators and track changes
- 7Drive adherence to knowledgebase procedures monitor ticket queues and ensure OLAs
- 8Debug Active Directory permissions license reconciliation and office IT facilities tasks
- 9Coordinate with vendors for cabling HVAC phone systems printers and IT facilities maintenance
- 10Deliver on site phone support centralized VoIP tasks and legal hold workstation procedures

- 1Provide Level 2 End User Support with prompt ticket response and escalation notes
- 2Support and maintenance of PCs including deployment training AD grouping and hardware/software upgrades
- 3Support for Firm Software including post mass deployment issues and regional coordination
- 4Participate in regional calls contribute to IT projects and monitor SLAs
- 5Maintain Network File and Print Server including backups printers and devices
- 6Provide on site fully onsite support in San Francisco CA
- 7Contract to Hire positioned with benefits and payroll details as applicable
- 8Ability to work onsite in San Francisco and coordinate with local vendors
- 9Demonstrate familiarity with IT compliance tasks including legal holds and data preservation
- 10Strong collaboration skills with regional and company-wide IT teams
