- 10Handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- 11Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED with one year customer service experience
- 2Proficiency in Windows applications and internet navigation
- 3Ability to complete Medical Terminology course within six months
- 4Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- 5Exposure to electronic health records
- 6Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Basic Life Support certification may be required in certain roles
- 9Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
- 10Willingness to work independently and manage priorities
