  • 8Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • 9Manage kiosk interactions and electronic health records
  • 10Handle sensitive patient information confidentially
  • 11Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experiences

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or GED with one year customer service experience
  • 2Proficiency in Windows applications and internet navigation
  • 3Ability to complete Medical Terminology course within six months
  • 4Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
  • 5Exposure to electronic health records
  • 6Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 8Basic Life Support certification may be required in certain roles
  • 9Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
