What You'll Do5
- 1Build patient and visitor flow within the building and enforce policies
- 2Verify appointments and communicate details with practice colleagues

- 5Assist with wheelchair and stretcher transport, courier runs, and shuttle transportation
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum of one year experience in customer service, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- 3Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- 4Evidence of conflict management and resolution skills
- 5Availability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- 6Ability to read and follow screening scripts and process flows
