Overview

Requirements7
- 15+ years experience in design release engineering for exterior lighting or plastic components.
- 2BSME or related engineering degree.
- 3Knowledge of injection molding principles and materials.
- 4Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 5Strong ability to create sketches and engineering drawings.
- 6Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- 7Excellent written and oral communication for presentations and meetings.
