Overview

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Associate to join our team at Omni Dental Group. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and manage patient interactions while supporting clinical staff.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Greet patients warmly verify insurance information and schedule appointments using EHR systems like Epic Meditech or eClinicalWorks
  • 2Manage patient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining accurate documentation
  • 3Handle medical billing and collections including Medicare and health insurance claims ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • 4Maintain organized medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
  • 5Assist with medical coding procedures including CPT ICD-9 ICD-10 coding
  • 6Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone or in person demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • 7Support clinic operations by managing appointment scheduling confirming upcoming visits and coordinating with clinical staff
  • 8Utilize Microsoft Office tools for administrative support tasks such as filing data management and report generation
  • 9Manage previous experience working in a medical or dental office environment with strong clerical skills
  • 10Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic Meditech Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks
  • 11Knowledge of health insurance processes including medical billing claims submission and insurance verification
