We seek an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Refine Dental Studio in Lewis Center. This is a consistent schedule Monday Thursday with no evenings or weekends. We prioritize quality dentistry and a patient-centered approach.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide skilled chairside assistance for restorative and general dental procedures
- 2Prepare treatment rooms materials and instruments for procedures
- 3Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
- 4Perform iTero digital scans
- 5Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
- 6Maintain organized clean and well-stocked operatories
- 7Assist with accurate clinical charting and documentation
- 8Educate patients and review post-treatment instructions
- 9Anticipate doctor needs and help maintain efficient patient flow
- 10Communicate effectively with front office and clinical team
- 11Help create a comfortable positive experience for every patient
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- 2Current Ohio dental radiographer certification
- 3Current CPR certification
- 4Strong chairside assisting skills
- 5Dependent and punctual
- 6Organized with excellent attention to detail
- 7Comfortable learning and using dental technology
- 8Clear professional compassionate communication
- 9Ability to take initiative and anticipate tasks
