Overview
Own the safe shutdown, removal, and preparation of TEL Cellesta+ and Screen equipment at scale within a semiconductor environment. Work with engineering, operations, and site teams to minimize disruption while maintaining traceability and audit compliance. This role emphasizes safety, precise documentation, and hands-on handling of sensitive equipment. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and execute shutdown, isolation, and decontamination of TEL Cellesta+ and Screen systems to enable safe removal
- 2Purge gas lines, flush systems, drain liquids, and manage contaminated components and waste
- 3Identify, tag, label, and document equipment for traceability and audits
- 4Harvest reusable parts and prepare equipment for transport, recycling, or disposal
- 5Coordinate with customer, engineering, operations, and site teams to minimize production disruption
- 6Complete daily pre-task planning and maintain compliance with safety requirements and PPE procedures
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and records for equipment inventory and site safety
- 8Communicate clearly with operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- 9Ensure adherence to LOTO, permits, site controls, and environmental regulations
- 10Move and lift up to 35 lbs and work in confined cleanroom areas
