Overview
DCL Compliance Analyst leads import and export compliance for Disney's Trade Operations. The role ensures accurate customs classifications and ECCN usage while supporting daily logistics and regulatory coordination.
What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with Customs Specialists to prioritize tariff classification and ECCN requests
- 2Maintain documented and justified tariff classifications and ECCN determinations
- 3Participate in product classification sessions and operational meetings
- 4Improve workflows and develop training solutions
- 5Support new ship build operations and monitor import export activities
- 6Conduct reviews of post-classification filings for guidance
- 7Assist Customs Export Specialists with clearance issue resolution
- 8Contribute to objective setting aligned with organizational goals
- 9Create metrics and KPIs for periodic reporting
- 10Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 11Provide guidance on compliance corrections
Requirements10
- 1Extensive knowledge of import and export tariff classification
- 2Strong expertise in ECCN designation
- 3Proficiency in Restricted Party Screening processes
- 4Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 55–10 years of export operations experience
- 6Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- 7Cruise line industry experience preferred
- 8Certified Export Specialist or similar certification
- 9Certified Import Specialist preferred
- 10CPC Card or AWS Certified relevant
