Overview

What You'll Do8
- 1Gather and analyze daily broker files and ACE data for imports and exports
- 2Support import/export transactions for AAM locations including documentation generation
- 3Manage AES filings and track operational KPIs
- 4Data‑mine for escalations and investigate root causes using HTS codes part numbers supplier records and COO details
- 5Analyze filing accuracy and recommend corrective actions such as ECCN updates or missing documentation
- 6Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and close investigations
- 7Create weekly reports and presentations for key partners and stakeholders
- 8Lead initiatives to streamline customs processes and reduce administrative burdens
Requirements5
- 1Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration or related field
- 23+ years of experience handling global import and export shipments
- 3Proven understanding of tariff classifications and FTA/COO certification eligibility
- 4Expertise with AES filings and knowledge of shipment entry documentation requirements
- 5Ability to interpret and apply customs certifications and related regulations
