What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate requirements from DCL Hotel and Marine Technical Operations clients
- 2Execute RFPs and manage supplier negotiations for goods and services
- 3Drive sourcing initiatives across technical supply chain categories
- 4Implement shipping optimization strategies using global supply base
- 5Ensure compliance with SOLAS MARPOL USCG regulations
- 6Manage contracts and key supplier relationships
- 7Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- 8Lead cross-functional teams to develop sourcing plans
- 9Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues
- 10Develop sourcing strategies to minimize total cost of ownership
- 11Provide timely communication to stakeholders across regions
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Operational familiarity with Amos Coupa and SAP Sourcing modules
- 3MBA preferred with certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or APICS CSCP
- 4Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
- 6Bachelor's degree in supply chain finance marine engineering or related field
- 7Certification in procurement such as CPCM or CPSM
- 8Knowledge of global trade compliance regulations
- 9Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar contracts
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
