The Lead Product Manager will drive strategic technology initiatives for Disney Cruise Line’s Onboard Guest Fulfillment Systems. This role leads cross-functional efforts to shape digital experiences for guests while collaborating with senior leadership. Requirements11
- 1Minimum 7 years leading product strategy in digital customer experiences
- 2Proven track record with Spark and Airflow for data pipeline development
- 3Certification in CPC Card or equivalent project management credentials
- 4Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- 5Expertise in Data Science and advanced analytics techniques
- 6Master’s degree preferred in technical or business fields
- 7Strong ability to translate technical constraints into business value
- 8Experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum practices
- 9Demonstrated success in leading multi-stakeholder projects
- 10Excellent communication skills across organizational levels
- 11Track record of delivering high-impact digital transformations
