What You'll Do11
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital projects including planning execution monitoring governance and closure
- 2Manage portfolio of projects providing planning tracking and reporting across multiple initiatives
- 3Partner with portfolio and project managers to align financial forecasting and variance management
- 4Develop financial models with scenario planning to support strategic decision-making
- 5Manage hire and develop high-performing technical project management teams with coaching and development
- 6Define and enforce objectives milestones and success criteria across cross-functional teams
- 7Oversee risk management by identifying assessing and mitigating risks
- 8Enforce timely accurate updates within project management systems for data-driven decisions
- 9Serve as liaison and escalation point for project managers across partner teams
- 10Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- 11Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery methodologies
Requirements8
- 18+ years of experience leading technical project management teams
- 2Technical project management experience supporting large-scale digital platforms or transactional systems
- 3Project Management Professional certification or equivalent formal training
- 4Strong people leadership including hiring coaching and performance management
- 5Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology teams with analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management
- 6Agile certifications such as CSM ACP CPO SAFe with hands-on application
- 7Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8Experience with tools like MyPPM Jira Smartsheet
