What You'll Do11
- 1Translate Vision into Execution Partner with project leads to define scopes deliverables and budgets
- 2Develop and refine PoC mockups balancing time budget and scope
- 3Navigate ambiguity and shift priorities to maintain momentum
- 4Communicate updates presentations and insights to diverse audiences
- 5Manage multiple project schedules task lists and financials including budgets vendors and materials
- 6Plan and execute playtests capturing feedback for iterative improvements
- 7Apply technical judgment assess risks and escalate issues to leadership
- 8Lead cross-functional teams across creative technical and partner organizations
- 9Foster collaborative environment empowering team contributions
- 10Source and manage vendor relationships contracts execution and invoicing
- 11Create production deliverables such as schedules budgets and presentations
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5 years experience in robotics aerospace artificial intelligence or embedded systems
- 2Minimum 3 years project management experience driving complex technical projects
- 3Strong technical background assessing new technologies quickly
- 4Experience transforming high-level vision into actionable plans
- 5Proficiency with tools like Excel Project Jira Confluence GitLab
- 6Cross-functional collaborator building trust across diverse teams
- 7Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering ML Architecture or related field
- 8Additional experience with startup prototyping advanced AI robotics computer vision
- 9Education requirement: Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline
- 10Preference for entrepreneurial background
