DC Materials Handler - Returns
Overview
Perform proper handling of incoming product to insure accurate and available inventory. Operate according to best practice procedures. Maintain safety standards while identifying unsafe practices and situations. Complete tasks including unloading merchandise matching skid or box counts to Proof of Delivery documentation noting discrepancies placing skids removing parts documenting vendor compliance receiving product stocking returns warehouse transfers shipping product placement in storage locations researching discrepancies confirming corrections and closing batches acquiring product from reserve locations and replacing products as needed. Team members with experience may be designated as trainers taking ownership of DC target training programs ensuring documentation completion explaining job duties to support new hires and conveying departmental changes. Skilled in warehouse environments with alphanumeric or RF directed stocking familiar with automotive parts advanced computer skills fluent in Spanish.
