What You'll Do7
- 1Process customs entries in CargoWise, ensuring accurate ISF filings and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
- 2Coordinate with customers and brokers to resolve clearance issues and keep shipments moving.
- 3Prepare and check transportation documentation for import shipments.
- 4Liaise with carriers and third parties to schedule deliveries and meet deadlines.
- 5Stay current on customs regulations and trade policies.
- 6Maintain meticulous records of entries and filings.
- 7Communicate shipment status to customers and internal teams.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of customs brokerage experience with CargoWise and ISF filing.
- 2High school diploma or GED.
- 3Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- 4Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- 5Proven customer relationship management.
- 6Ability to pass TSA background check.
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- 8Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
