What You'll Do10
- 1Lead front-end operations and ensure accurate checkout processing
- 2Coach and train courtesy clerks and cashiers for professionalism and performance
- 3Direct daily front-end activities and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- 4Engage customers with greetings, product information, and thank-you gestures to enhance experience
- 5Order and merchandise front-end departments across categories including grocery, dairy, liquor, and non-foods
- 6Enforce store policies, safety guidelines, and company rules
- 7Serve as a role model, coach, and evaluator for team performance
- 8Assist in selecting and training new team members
- 9Support store leadership in achieving performance targets
- 10Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Must be 18 years of age
- 2Must be 21 years of age for alcohol-serving positions
- 3Standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, keyboarding, and walking
- 4Experience in customer service or front-end operations preferred
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism
