What You'll Do11

  • 5Develop internal partnerships with marketing and business development teams
  • 6Present financial literacy and banking training to clients and staff
  • 7Schedule CSR schedules to optimize lobby coverage and customer experience
  • 8Maintain operational standards through audits and policy enforcement
  • 9Ensure branch security by training staff on access control procedures
  • 10Handle customer transactions and resolve complex issues with fiscal responsibility
  • 11Assist with remote approvals for branch-level decisions and approvals

Requirements11

  • 1High School diploma or GED with 5+ years experience as Senior CSR or equivalent role
  • 2Proven leadership in retail banking or customer service environments
  • 3Expertise with teller systems, Microsoft Office applications, and banking software
  • 4Strong communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration
  • 5Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • 6Demonstrated track record in sales, negotiation, and team development
  • 7Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
  • 8Valid driver's license and ability to lift 10 pounds
  • 9Excellent judgment and confidentiality handling skills
  • 10Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the workday
  • 11Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance
