What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct interviews and profile customers to suggest tailored banking products

- 3Open and manage diverse accounts including checking savings money markets CDs and IRAs
- 4Process transactions such as transfers deposits and loan payments
- 5Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to compliance policies
- 6Balance daily branch reports and support vault cash operations
- 7Assist colleagues with workload and ensure efficient teller operations
- 8Participate in community events and demonstrate STAR-based customer service
- 9Contribute to audit activities and follow regulatory guidelines
- 10Provide creative problem solving while maintaining professionalism
- 11Engage in two annual community outreach initiatives
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 2 years cash handling and customer service experience
- 2Proficiency with MS Office Word Excel and teller systems
- 3High school diploma or equivalent with strong communication skills
- 4Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods
- 5Experience with deposits withdrawals and account maintenance
- 6Track record of successful cross-selling and relationship building
- 7Experience opening new deposit accounts preferred but not required
- 8Familiarity with banking regulations and confidentiality protocols
- 9Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
