- 3Touring new clients through the facility and showcasing services that keep tails wagging
- 4Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety
- 5Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently with a personal touch
- 6Handling cash, cards, and balancing cash drawers like an organized rockstar
- 7Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism
- 8Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures with concierge care
- 9Keeping the lobby clean, welcoming, and ready for first impressions
- 10Supporting other team members as needed
- 11Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 21+ year of customer service experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift 40 lbs
- 4Availability on evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Experience with multi-line phones and computer systems
- 6Strong communication skills across various channels
- 7Cool under pressure and capable of maintaining professionalism during chaotic moments
- 8Charm of a customer service professional and heart of a dog lover
