- 2Answer phones with a smile while multitasking professionally
- 3Tour new clients through the facility and sell services
- 4Ensure up-to-date vaccinations are on file
- 5Handle cash and balance the end-of-day cash drawer
- 6Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism
- 7Escort pet guests to and from their enclosures with care
- 8Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby
- 9Support other team members when needed
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 21+ year of customer service experience preferred
- 3Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- 4Ability to lift 40 lbs
- 5Availability on evenings weekends and holidays
- 6Experience with pet-related environments
