What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer with a smile and take orders over the phone and at the counter using the POS system.
- 2Assemble pizzas and sides on the make line, following Domino's recipes for portion and quality.
- 3Handle cash and card payments, balance your drawer at shift end, and process refunds per Domino's policy.
- 4Use the Domino's tracker to monitor delivery times and communicate with drivers to keep orders on schedule.
- 5Stock ingredients and supplies on the make line, rotating dough, cheese, and sauce to meet food safety standards.
- 6Clean and sanitize the front counter, dining area, and restrooms every shift to maintain a safe work environment.
- 7Assist with opening or closing procedures, including locking up and setting the alarm for night shifts.
- 8Support the manager on duty with daily inventory counts and prep lists for the next day's rush.
