You'll operate Domino's proprietary tech stack, including the Digital Shoulder Surf (DSS) and Car Side Delivery system, while taking orders over the phone and in person. You'll work alongside a tight-knit crew, managing everything from stocking ingredients to keeping the store spotless. What You'll Do8
- 1Operate all store equipment, including pizza ovens, dough sheeters, and soda fountains, to prepare and serve products.
- 2Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, ensuring product freshness and availability.
- 3Prepare all food products according to Domino's quality standards, including shaping dough, adding toppings, and baking pizzas.
- 4Use Domino's proprietary technology: process phone orders via the Digital Shoulder Surf (DSS) system and manage delivery orders through the Car Side Delivery app.
- 5Receive and process telephone orders, providing accurate order details and answering customer questions.
- 6Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, using a computer keyboard or touch screen to track stock levels and sales.
- 7Clean equipment and facility daily, including wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and sanitizing food prep areas.
- 8Complete on-the-job training for all new products, ensuring you master each recipe and procedure.
Requirements9
- 11+ year of experience in a fast-food or customer service role.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
- 3Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, including clear communication with customers and co-workers.
- 4Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately, such as shaping dough and using a pizza cutter.
- 5Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- 6Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk short distances, and repeatedly bend, reach, and crouch.
- 7Ability to lift and carry cases of ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds, and push/pull trays on dollies weighing up to 7.5 pounds.
- 8Willingness to work in varying temperatures, from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in work areas, and handle hot surfaces up to 500°F.
- 9Basic math and literacy skills, and ability to work under stress and meet strict quality standards.
