Customer Service Rep, Domino's Pizza Los Angeles
Overview
You'll own the front counter and phone lines at a high-volume Domino's store in Los Angeles, processing orders and delivering exceptional service during peak hours. You'll work alongside a tight-knit team of 15-20 crew members, reporting to the General Manager, and you'll be the first and last impression for every customer. This role offers rapid advancement paths into management or franchise ownership, with hands-on training from day one.
What You'll Do7
- 1Take and process telephone and walk-in orders using the POS system, entering them accurately and efficiently.
- 2Prepare pizzas and side items, stocking ingredients from the walk-in cooler to the prep line.
- 3Operate ovens, slicers, and other equipment, following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness.
- 4Handle cash and make correct change, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- 5Greet customers in person and over the phone, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- 6Clean the store, including wiping surfaces, mopping floors, and taking out trash, to maintain health code standards.
- 7Assist with inventory counts and stocking supplies, keeping the store running smoothly.
Requirements6
- 118+ years old per company policy.
- 2Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly, with or without a calculator.
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills to process orders and handle customer interactions.
- 4Manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate the POS system and handle food prep tools.
- 5Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from 36°F coolers to 90°F+ kitchen areas.
- 6Capable of standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs when stocking ingredients.
