Overview
Own the customer experience at the counter handling orders and transactions in a fast paced food service environment. You will operate POS systems, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming workspace. This role combines frontline service with basic cash handling to drive sales and satisfaction. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and process retail and food orders with Aloha POS and Micros POS accuracy
- 2Process cash and card payments and provide correct change to customers
- 3Take orders, upsell menu items, and promote specials to boost sales
- 4Assist in food preparation and safely operate kitchen equipment when needed
- 5Maintain sanitation and food safety standards and keep a clean workstation
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience in quick service or fast food environments preferred
- 2Strong knowledge of Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
- 3Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills
- 4Experience in food handling or culinary roles desirable
- 5Excellent time management to prioritize tasks in a fast paced setting
