What You'll Do8
- 1Greet each customer with a SMILE and *ALOHA*, and help them place orders accurately.
- 2Process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system, issuing change, receipts, refunds, and tickets.
- 3Count money in cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- 4Deliver all orders to customers promptly, maintaining a smooth flow from kitchen to guest.
- 5Resolve customer complaints by listening, guiding, and providing relevant menu information.
- 6Keep the front of the house clean and tidy, including dining areas, counter, and service station.
- 7Demonstrate positive energy throughout the shift, representing the brand's *aloha* spirit.
- 8Learn the restaurant's goals, rules, and standards, and achieve them daily with your team.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of experience in cash handling and credit card transactions.
- 2Strong communication and organization skills to manage orders and customer needs.
- 3Ability to serve food quickly and provide friendly, welcoming service.
- 4Quick learner with problem-solving skills for minor issues on the floor.
- 5Positive attitude and a genuine smile, embodying the *aloha* spirit.
- 6Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts as needed.
- 7Ability to stand and walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
- 8Detail-oriented and comfortable following standards and guidelines.
