Working alongside a tight-knit team of nurses and doctors, you will manage all communication channels, ensure seamless care coordination, and find creative ways to say yes to pet parents. What You'll Do9

  • 1Greet every customer with warmth and urgency in person, over the phone, or online.
  • 2Oversee all customer communications including calls, emails, and texts, recording details accurately and routing urgent medical calls to a doctor immediately.
  • 3Deliver personalized, memorable experiences by finding creative ways to say yes to customer needs.
  • 4Listen with empathy, resolve concerns quickly, and anticipate issues before they escalate.
  • 5Keep nursing team and doctors updated on customer needs to ensure a seamless care experience.
  • 6Provide confidential, compassionate guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions.
  • 7Process payments accurately while protecting personal and financial information.
  • 8Follow up with customers after visits to check on their pet's care and strengthen relationships.
  • 9Celebrate and capture special moments (with permission) to create lasting connections between customers, their pets, and the hospital.

  • 12+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • 2Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software.
  • 3Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • 4Strong communication skills able to interact positively with anyone.
