What You'll Do11
- 1Answer medical questions over the phone
- 2See patients immediately using VEG Triage and VEG Spikes
- 3Gather signalment vitals and physical exams
- 4Conduct comprehensive animal examinations and investigations
- 5Diagnose conditions and develop therapeutic plans
- 6Communicate diagnoses and treatment options to customers
- 7Prepare and present estimates to clients
- 8Maintain accurate medical records
- 9Demonstrate test value through customer education
- 10Perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
- 11Educate clients on aftercare and prevention
Requirements9
- 1DVM or equivalent degree
- 2Proven emergency medicine experience
- 3Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 4Physical stamina to stand and lift 25kg independently
