CT Technologist, Imaging Center & Patient Care
Overview
The CT Technologist will own high-quality imaging services at HOPE IMAGING CENTER for a regional patient population, operating onsite in Atlanta on a part-time contract. You will join a team of radiology professionals including radiologists and technologists to deliver accurate diagnostic images and maintain patient safety. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care, attention to detail, and adherence to imaging protocols. What You'll Do10
- 1Build high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety
- 2Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures according to protocols
- 3Administer contrast agents as required and monitor for adverse reactions
- 4Maintain and operate CT equipment ensuring optimal functionality
- 5Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to provide accurate diagnostic images
- 6Document patient information and imaging results in the electronic health record system
- 7Adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations at all times
- 8Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
- 9Support continuous quality improvement and equipment maintenance practices
- 10Participate in part-time scheduling including weekends as needed
Requirements9
- 1Current ARRT certification in Radiography and CT
- 2State licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
- 3Minimum of 5+ years of experience in CT imaging preferred
- 4Strong understanding of imaging techniques and patient care practices
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- 7Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
- 8Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends
- 9Onsite Atlanta, GA location experience preferred
