CT Technologist, Diagnostic Imaging & ER Radiology
Overview
You'll own CT examinations and procedures, primarily in an ER environment, delivering accurate diagnostic images for hospital and free-standing facilities at scale. You'll work on a team of imaging professionals under the direction of Roshal Health, a national company with clients across all 50 states. CT scans using contrast agents and portable X-Ray equipment will be your daily focus. Four 10-hour night shifts give you control of your schedule, while full benefits and PTO provide security. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform CT examinations and procedures that require the use of contrast agents, ensuring patient safety and image quality
- 2Manage patients during complex procedure exams, providing clear communication and compassionate care
- 3Operate portable X-Ray machines and other imaging equipment for diagnostic accuracy
- 4Troubleshoot and solve minor equipment problems for both CT and X-Ray systems
- 5Communicate compassionately and professionally with patients, maintaining a welcoming demeanor
- 6Maintain equipment and area cleanliness, following infection control protocols
- 7Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and colleagues to ensure efficient patient flow
- 8Document procedures accurately and adhere to safety standards
Requirements9
- 11+ year of experience post-graduation as a CT Technologist
- 2Active RT (R) and RT (CT) certifications from ARRT
- 3State licensure where necessary
- 4BLS/CPR certification
- 5Valid Driver's License
- 6Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- 7Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- 8Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- 9Ability to use mobile phone devices and applications
