What You'll Do10
- 1Build and supervise cross-docking operations to meet schedules and minimize delays in a cold storage setting
- 2Design processes to monitor inventory accuracy and proper cold storage handling
- 3Lead safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance across all activities
- 4Coach and motivate warehouse staff and forklift operators to maintain high performance
- 5Track KPIs such as productivity, turnaround times, and shipment accuracy to drive improvements
- 6Coordinate with logistics coordinators, drivers, and other departments to optimize inbound and outbound movements
- 7Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory, shipments, and procedures
