- 7Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and inventory control to resolve operational issues.
- 8Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback to maintain workflow.
Requirements8
- 1Full-time Wilson associate with ability to work the specified shift plus overtime.
- 2Previous experience with SAP RF receiving processes.
- 31+ years in a warehouse or distribution environment; leadership experience is a plus.
- 4Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and prioritize tasks.
- 5Basic computer, math, and communication skills are required.
- 6Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with attention to detail.
