- 4Partner with Quality Control Seller Engagement and Credit Risk Management to monitor performance metrics
- 5Engage with sellers and industry stakeholders through advisory councils and conferences
- 6Represent Freddie Mac at industry events sharing insights on mortgage product design and regulatory developments
- 7Collaborate with external mortgage institutions to share best practices and maintain competitive positioning
- 8Drive change initiatives focused on reducing friction and improving risk-adjusted returns
- 9Maintain compliance with regulatory mandates while safeguarding company data and systems
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration with Master’s preferred
- 212+ years of mortgage credit policy product strategy or acquisition risk experience
- 3Strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
- 4Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- 5Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- 6Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects with measurable outcomes
- 7Experience working with diverse groups including sellers credit professionals and legal teams
