Overview
We seek a motivated Credit Solutions Advisor to lead residential mortgage lending at our Boston office. The ideal candidate will own the full mortgage lifecycle delivering First Mortgage and HELOC products while also managing auto loans and credit cards. This role drives revenue while maintaining compliance with SAFE Act requirements. Success means exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do9

Requirements10
- 1Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent client relationship expertise
- 2Proven track record in consultative selling and relationship development
- 3Excellent communication skills for in-person and telephone interactions
- 4Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- 5Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial data interpretation
- 6Experience with mortgage products including conventional FHA and HUD loans
- 7Familiarity with loan processing workflows and underwriting procedures
- 8High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated professional maturity
- 9Commitment to ethical practices and regulatory adherence
- 10Flexibility to work scheduled shifts with occasional weekend availability
